Thank you for shopping at The Vow Ledger. Please read this policy before completing your purchase. By buying from us, you agree to the terms below.

What you are buying

The Vow Ledger sells digital products — spreadsheets, planners and templates — delivered as instant downloads. Nothing is physically shipped to you.

Before you buy, please check that you can use the product:

  • Our spreadsheets require Microsoft Excel (2016 or later) or a free Google account to use in Google Sheets. Both file versions are included with every purchase.
  • They work on desktop, tablet and mobile. Mobile use requires the free Excel or Google Sheets app.
  • Files are delivered by email and by download link immediately after checkout.
  • These are digital files. They are not printed products and nothing will arrive in the post.

If you are unsure whether the product will work for you, email us at info@thevowledger.com before you order and we will answer honestly.

Returns

We do not accept returns. Our products are digital files, so there is nothing to send back.

Refunds

All sales of digital products are final. Because your files are delivered immediately and in full at the moment of purchase, we do not offer refunds, cancellations or exchanges.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Changing your mind after purchase
  • Buying the wrong product or the wrong tier by mistake
  • Finding a similar product elsewhere
  • Deciding you no longer need the product
  • Not having downloaded or opened the files

Please choose carefully before completing checkout.

If something goes wrong, we will fix it

The policy above covers changes of mind. It does not cover problems with the product itself. If the product does not work as described, contact us and we will put it right.

We will help with:

  • Download or access problems — a link that will not open, an email that never arrived, or a download that fails.
  • Damaged or corrupted files — a file that will not open or is unreadable.
  • Compatibility problems — the file not working correctly in a supported version of Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Missing items — you paid for a bundle and did not receive everything listed on the product page.

In these cases we will send you a fresh working copy, provide an alternative file format, or talk you through the fix. If we cannot resolve the problem, we will refund you in full.

To get help, email info@thevowledger.com with your order number and a short description of the problem. Screenshots help. We reply within one business day.

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card provider. Almost every issue is solved the same day, and a dispute takes weeks longer for both of us.

Customers in the UK and European Union

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you normally have a legal right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason.

For digital content delivered immediately, that right does not apply once download has begun — provided you have given your express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right to cancel.

By completing your purchase, you expressly request immediate delivery of the digital content and acknowledge that you will lose your 14-day right of cancellation once the download begins.

If you have not yet downloaded or accessed your files, you may still cancel within 14 days. Email info@thevowledger.com with your order number and we will refund you in full.

Pricing and promotions

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change at any time. Discounts and promotional pricing apply only to orders placed while the offer is running. We do not issue partial refunds or price adjustments on orders placed before a sale begins.

Licence and sharing

Your purchase gives you a personal licence to use the product for your own wedding or event. Wedding planners and event professionals may use it with their own clients.

You may not resell, redistribute, share publicly or claim the files as your own work. Refunds are not available where a product has been shared or redistributed in breach of this licence.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any rights you have under applicable consumer law. If any part of this policy conflicts with your statutory rights, your statutory rights take precedence.
