- Made to Order: Because our products are custom-printed on demand, items are not sitting on a shelf ready to ship.
- Fulfillment Window: It typically takes 2 to 5 business days to print and package your order before it is handed over to the shipping carrier.

📦 Split Shipments- Multiple Packages: If you order different types of items (e.g., a mug and a t-shirt), they may be printed at different facilities.
- Separate Tracking: Do not be alarmed if your items arrive at different times in separate packages. You will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Estimates- Calculated at Checkout: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Delivery Delays: While we do our best to meet estimated timelines, carrier delays (due to weather, holidays, or volume) are outside of our control. [1, 2]
📍 Wrong Address Disclaimer- Buyer Responsibility: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
